Hi, I’m Shane.

my journey through the world of yoga began in drama school, initially struggling with its challenges but ultimately experiencing a transformative dance between body and mind.

BACKGROUND & APPROACH

Completing the 200-Hour Teacher Training with Brian Malone at Yogahub laid the foundation for Shane's continued learning, further deepened by studies with Michael James Wong at Krama Yoga.

Training with Dylan Werner, Adam Husler and attending workshops by Matt Giordano, Patrick Beach, Hiro Landazuri, and Rusty Wells shaped Shane's teaching style, blending anatomical precision with inner exploration.

In Shane's classes, students embark on an anatomically focused journey, exploring their inner dialogue through movement, fostering a dynamic exchange between body and soul.

Shane invites all to join this journey of body, mind, and boundless potential in yoga.

WHAT students SAY

—Ashling

“Incredibly talented teacher. Really clear and thorough instructions for each pose so you end up sweating 'doing the basics'. I always have an ah-ha moment with Shane.”

—Anne

“Shane is a great teacher, with emphasis on different body parts in each class. He cues very well and often breaks down a pose which allows you to revisit your basic practice. He is friendly and his class is a lot of fun.”

—Aisling

“Shane is a fabulous teacher. A balance of power, strength, pranayama and relaxation. Brilliant adjustments too!”

—Cassie

“Shane leads an extraordinary class, he gives meticulous but easy to follow instructions on how to get the optimal of every pose and he focuses on building more strength which is wonderful, his classes feel more like a one on one session with the attention to detail he pays, he offers praise and alignments and has a great sense of humour while he encourages and pushes us to our best, he is very experienced and knowledgeable and i leave feeling like i have deepened my practice every time.”
